Product selection depending on installation environment and washing method

The choice of product depends on the washing method and the installation environment, not just on the frequency of cleaning. Dust, pollen, tar and soot require agents of different strengths.

For hand washing, we have developed a formula with a higher foaming capacity. The foam stays on inclined and vertical surfaces of the panels long enough to soften deposits before cleaning with a soft cloth or brush. This is the solution for smaller installations, including those cleaned with a telescopic pole.

We have developed a low-foaming formula for robot and drone cleaning . Automated systems operate with continuous spraying and fast passes. Foam that does not have time to decompose leaves residue on brushes and sensors. The low-foaming formula drains quickly and does not interfere with the cleaning cycle.

Are the products from the M8 Solar line suitable for cleaning panels using drones and robots?

Solar Intense is available in a low-foaming version designed for automated systems. Robots and drones operate with continuous spraying and fast passes. A formula that does not drain quickly enough can leave residue on brushes and sensors. Low foaming helps to avoid this problem.

Is M8 Solution a manufacturer or distributor?

M8 Solution is a manufacturer with its own recipes and its own production. It is not an importer or a company that repackages products from other manufacturers. Thanks to this, we can adapt recipes to the needs of our clients and cooperate with wholesalers through production under their brand.

How often should photovoltaic panels be cleaned?

The frequency of cleaning depends on the location. Installations in rural areas with frequent rainfall require less frequent cleaning, while installations near roads, farms and industrial plants require 2 to 4 cleanings per year. Solar Protect extends the intervals between cleanings thanks to its impregnation that slows down the build-up of deposits.

Why is demineralized water essential in your formula?

Washing the panels with plain water can leave limescale after drying. The resulting white spots restrict the passage of sunlight and reduce the cleaning effect. M8 Solar Clean is made with demineralized water to dry the panels without traces or mineral deposits.

Do you offer private label production and recipe adaptation for the Polish market?

Yes. As a manufacturer with its own recipes, M8 Solution can produce under a partner's brand and adapt the product composition to the requirements of a wholesaler or large customer. The minimum order quantity is agreed individually.

What is a service kit and what benefits does it bring to installers?

The Service Kit is our offer for installation companies that makes it easy to provide a complete cleaning and protection service for panels. It contains three products for regular cleaning, intensive cleaning and protection, as well as technical sheets and instructions. It allows you to offer your customers a cleaning and protective impregnation that extends the intervals between cleanings. This allows installation companies to increase revenue from each service visit.
