Liquid cleaners on glass tilted at 30° will swell before they can take effect. Washing then comes down to mechanical scrubbing in multiple passes, which on large surfaces means many hours of work.

The liquid from the tilted panel flows away in a few seconds, while the foam remains and acts for several minutes. It is applied with a foamer and is intended for users with their own water source.

How does M8 Solar Intense Foam work?

The foam stays where you apply it, giving the product time to work. For bird droppings and baked-on deposits, it can be the difference between one and three brush strokes. The foam is also clearly visible, so on a large surface you know exactly where you have gone and there are no missed spots or double applications.

Safe for anti-reflective glass and aluminum frame

Solar Intense Foam has a controlled pH, so it is safe for the anti-reflective layer of the glass and the aluminum frames of the panels. The foam is washed with a soft brush without pressure and rinsed with plenty of demineralized water, without a high-pressure washer.

INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE
  • Fill the foamer with demineralized water, add the concentrate and mix gently. Do not shake vigorously, foam will only form upon application.
  • Apply the foam to the cold panel from the bottom up, in an even layer.
  • Leave to act for 3–5 minutes. The foam must not dry out, so the exposure time should be shortened in sun and wind.
  • Wash with a soft brush without pressure.
  • Rinse from top to bottom with plenty of demineralized water. Foam requires more water than liquid products.
  • Check the edges and joints, as this is where the foam stays the longest.
  • After use, rinse the foamer with clean water and leave to dry, otherwise the remaining agent may clog the nozzle.

Do I need special equipment?

Yes, foam. Without it, foam does not form. The high pressure washer is not used on the panels.

Does it use more water than regular washing?

Yes, it does require more water for flushing. That's why it's intended for those who have their own water tank or connection.

What if the foam dries on the panel?

The foam must not dry out. In sun and wind, shorten the application time and work in smaller sections.

Can I use it on a home installation?

You can, but for a dozen panels, Solar Clean or Solar Intense are simpler.

Is there a larger package for solar farms?

Yes, in addition to 1 L and 5 L packaging, a 20 L packaging is also available for farms.
