A dirty panel produces less energy

Dust, pollen and deposits on the glass reduce the amount of light reaching the photovoltaic cells. The panel still works, but produces less energy than it could. Regular cleaning is the easiest way to maintain the efficiency of the installation.

SOLAR CLEAN

Neutral pH agent for regular cleaning of photovoltaic panels, based on demineralized water

It comes in two versions: as a ready-made solution for home power plant owners and as a concentrate for installers, service companies and larger systems.

Why demineralized water changes the result

The washing effect is only visible when the panel is dry. Ordinary tap water contains calcium and magnesium salts, which after drying remain on the glass as white spots, regardless of the quality of the agent. Demineralized water does not leave mineral deposits, so the panel looks like new after washing. That's why the base of both variants of Solar Clean is demineralized water, which also dilutes the concentrate.

Safe for anti-reflective glass and aluminum frame

Solar Clean has a neutral pH and a mild formulation, so it is safe for anti-reflective glass and aluminum panel frames. It does not contain strong alkalis or abrasive particles.

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

When is the best time to wash the panels?

Early in the morning or late in the afternoon, while the panels are cool. In direct sunlight, the product dries before rinsing and leaves traces.

How often do you monitor?

For most installations, washing twice a year is recommended. Installations along roads, farms or construction sites should be washed more frequently.

Can I use plain water for rinsing?

You can, but visible stains and limescale deposits may remain on the glass. For a streak-free result, rinse the panels with demineralized water.

RTU or concentrate?

The ready-made solution makes sense for one home installation, the concentrate for everything else. For regular washing, the price difference is multiple.

Can a high-pressure washer be used?

No. High pressure can damage the panel seals and frames. Use a soft brush or microfiber cloth.
