Description

For those who wash regularly, concentrate is the only sensible choice. You don't pay for water transportation and you don't take up storage space with bottles that are mostly water.

One liter yields one hundred liters of ready-made solution, which is enough for about 800 to 1,000 square meters of panels. This brings the price per square meter down to a few cents, which is a decisive figure when it comes to larger installations.

The formulation is neutral and mild towards the glass and frame, without strong alkalis and without abrasive particles. It is diluted with demineralized water, which is also the base of the concentrate itself, so after drying nothing remains on the panel.

The concentrate does not contain preservatives, as they are not needed with this concentration of active ingredients. Use the prepared solution on the same day.

Frequently asked questions

Why demineralized water?

Because the result is only visible after it dries. Salts from plain water remain on the glass as white spots, no matter how good the product is.

How long does the prepared solution last?

Use it the same day. Diluted product has no preservatives and will spoil over time.

Can it be used in machines and systems with brushes?

Yes, with the usual precautions. M8 Solar Foam is intended for systems with a foamer.

What is the price difference compared to the ready-made solution?

For regular washing, multiple times. Ready-made solution makes sense for one home installation, concentrate for everything else.

INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE

For regular cleaning of larger installations and professional use.

Dilution
Purpose Ratio For 10 L of demineralized water Obtained from 1 L / 5 L

Consumption: approximately 1 liter of ready-made solution per 8–10 m² of panels.
 

Procedure

  1. Pour demineralized water into a clean container, then add the concentrate. Never the other way around.
  2. Stir without foaming.
  3. Apply to the cold panel with a brush, sponge or sprayer, from bottom to top.
  4. Leave for 2–3 minutes.
  5. Wash with a soft brush without pressure.
  6. Rinse with demineralized water from top to bottom and let dry.
Use the prepared solution on the same day. Do not return the remainder to the original packaging.

Before every wash
 
  1. The panel must be cold. Wash early in the morning, late in the afternoon or on a cloudy day. Cold solution on hot glass can cause thermal shock.
  2. Never wash in direct sunlight — the detergent dries before rinsing and leaves marks.
  3. Check that all connections and junction boxes are closed and undamaged.
  4. Do not use high-pressure cleaners, abrasives, wires or hard brushes.
  5. Always use demineralized water for dilution and rinsing. Plain water leaves limescale.
  6. Before first use, check the panel manufacturer's instructions and warranty conditions.
   
Occupational safety
 
  • Protective gloves and eye protection.
  • Work at height only with prescribed protective equipment.
  • Do not mix with other agents.
  • Keep out of reach of children, at 5–25 °C, protected from freezing.
   
Never do this.
 
  • Do not monitor a panel that is hot or exposed to sunlight.
  • Do not use a high-pressure washer — the pressure damages the seals and frame.
  • Do not let the product dry on the glass.
  • Do not use abrasives, wires or agents with a pH above 10 or below 4.
  • Do not rinse with plain water if you want a streak-free result.
