Dust, pollen and deposits on the glass reduce the amount of light reaching the cell. The panel still works, but less than it could. Regular cleaning is the easiest way to keep the installation working as intended.
M8 Solar Clean RTU is designed for home power plant owners who clean their own systems once or twice a year. There's no need to add or mix anything — just open, spray, rinse, and wipe.
The basis is demineralized water. This is more important than it sounds: ordinary tap water carries calcium and magnesium, which after drying can be seen as white spots on the glass. Demineralized water leaves nothing behind, so the panel looks like new after washing.
The formulation is neutral and mild, so it is safe for the anti-reflective layer of the glass and for the aluminum frame. There are no strong alkalis or acids, no abrasive particles.

Frequently asked questions
When is the best time to wash the panels?
Early in the morning or late in the afternoon, while the panel is cool. Washing in the sun leaves marks because the product dries before rinsing.
Can I use plain water for rinsing?
You can, but then limescale stains are visible on the glass. For a streak-free result, rinse with demineralized water.
Can a high-pressure washer be used?
No. The pressure will damage the seals and panel frame. Use a soft brush or microfiber.
How often do you monitor?
Twice a year for most installations. More often along a road, farm or construction site.
